Our Mission
Airlines Quick Refund was founded with a simple goal: to make it easy for passengers to exercise their rights under EU Regulation EC 261/2004. Every year, millions of flights are delayed, cancelled, or overbooked — and most affected passengers never claim the compensation they are legally entitled to.
We bridge that gap. Our team handles the entire claims process on your behalf, from initial filing to airline negotiation and, if necessary, legal action. You only pay when we succeed.
How We Work
Our process is designed to be as simple as possible for you. After you submit your claim through our website, our team reviews the details, verifies your eligibility, and contacts the airline directly. We handle all correspondence, paperwork, and follow-ups.
If the airline does not respond or refuses to pay, we escalate through official channels — including National Enforcement Bodies and, when necessary, legal proceedings. Our success fee of 30% (including VAT) is only charged when we successfully obtain your compensation.
Your Rights Under EC 261/2004
EU Regulation EC 261/2004 establishes common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding, flight cancellations, or long delays. The regulation applies to all flights departing from an EU airport, as well as flights arriving in the EU operated by an EU-based airline.
Depending on the flight distance and the type of disruption, passengers may be entitled to compensation ranging from €250 to €600. This right exists regardless of the ticket price — even passengers on low-cost carriers are covered.
